DELIVERY/WAREHOUSE PERSON

We are currently hiring drivers to deliver building materials in the greater Rockland area. We are hiring both CDL and non-CDL drivers. CDL Drivers are preferred Duties also include forklift operation and lumber and building material handling.

BENJAMIN MOORE PAINT SALES ASSOCIATE

  • Do you like helping members of your community and building relationships customers?

  • Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment?

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify, evaluate and develop professional sales relationships with existing customers and new customers with the goal of creating long term relationships.

  • Work collaboratively with E.L. Spear staff and Benjamin Moore to develop and execute market sales strategies to best position E.L. Spear and Benjamin Moore in the local market

  • Contribute to paint operations including inventory management and paint specific hardware and software maintenance.

  • Be proficient in all aspects of software including Eagle POS, paint specific color designer/color RX, and general software such as word outlook and excel.

Lumber and Millwork Salesperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Inside Lumber, Building Material, and Millwork Salespeople. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, cashiering, answering phones, taking orders, and helping customers with their building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Help customers with project material selection and guidance on industry standard construction practices, means and methods.

3. Receive and process orders over the phone and in person for LBM products

4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information on LBM products

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

6. Contribute to the inventory operations of our Lumber, Building Material and Millwork product lines.

The ideal candidate will have all or a combination of the following qualifications:

· Strong communication skills

· Passion for helping people build

· Experience in the Residential and Light Commercial Construction Industry

· Past experience in LBM sales.

· Post high school education such as trade school, associates or bachelor degree. Preferably in a related field.
